WHAT CAN I DO FOR YOU?
Support Coordination
This support will assist you to build the skills you need to understand and use your plan. I will work with you to ensure a mix of supports are used to increase your capacity to maintain relationships, manage service delivery tasks, live more independently and be included in your community.
Specialist Support Coordination
This is a higher level of support coordination. It is for people whose situations are more complex and who need specialist support. As a specialist Support Coordinator, I will assist you to manage challenges in your support environment and ensuring consistent delivery of service.
Hi, I’m Megan.
I am Waanyi/Gangalidda living on the lands of Bindal and Wulgurukaba People in Townsville. Mount Isa is my hometown. I am a Support Coordinator and the Founder of Outback Coordination, a business that provides personalised and culturally respectful support coordination for NDIS participants.
With over four years of experience in this role, I have demonstrated exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills, as well as a strong sense of entrepreneurship and innovation. My framework is values based, person centred & culturally appropriate support for participants & their communities to reach their NDIS goals.
I enjoy my work with people, their families and communities.
It is a privilege to travel and work in remote communities and it is something I never take for granted. I am also a Freelance Musician and Artist, with a passion for storytelling and connecting with others through music and creative writing. This artistic pursuit reflects my First Nation heritage and culture, which are at the heart of my professional and personal values.
